I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family. The service was top-notch, everyone from valet to the bar team was so friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, close to the old town and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The dining experience was enjoyable with genuinely friendly staff. Definitely a great value for the money.

The suite was fantastic with a nice sized bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The kids slept on the pull-out couch, and my mother-in-law loved the Murphy pull-down queen bed.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, nice, and roomy with all the extras, but unfortunately, they reeked, had a horrible view of the garbage area, and I was woke up promptly at 6 am by garbage trucks. The service was really friendly and helpful, especially Dan from the breakfast service. However, the location, although walkable to restaurants, shops, and Old Town, had some drawbacks like white residue all over the wood. The dining spread in the morning was good, but missing a bonus of 750 points. The facilities were generally good, but not without some downsides.
